ALLURE BRIDALS, INC. — PRIVACY & TERMS OF USAGE POLICIES
Last updated: August 12, 2025
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Allure Bridals, Inc., a Tennessee corporation, and its corporate affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions (collectively, “Allure Bridals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and share information in connection with our websites, retailer portal, and other digital and interactive services (together, the “Services”). We design, manufacture, and distribute bridal gowns, formalwear, and related products only through independent retail partners. We do not sell directly to individual consumers online through this website. The Services are intended primarily for authorized retail partners and industry professionals to access product information, marketing resources, and ordering tools. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Policy. We may update this Policy from time to time, and any changes will be posted here. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law.
We collect information directly from you when you provide it and automatically through your browser or device when you access our websites or retailer portal. Because we do not sell directly to individual consumers online, the information we collect is generally business contact and account information related to our retail partners, not consumer purchase data. Information you may provide includes name, business name, job title, email address, phone number, postal address, retailer account login credentials, B2B order and account history, event registration details, communications with our team, and any other information provided as part of your business relationship with Allure Bridals. Information collected automatically may include device and browser details such as IP address, browser type, and operating system, usage details such as pages visited and referring websites, and cookies or similar tracking technologies. We do not knowingly collect personal purchase data from individual customers of our retail partners through our website.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our Services, manage retailer accounts and authenticate access, fulfill and track B2B orders, communicate about events, product launches, and business updates, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and protect against fraud, security threats, or misuse of our Services. Where required by law, we process personal information based on contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where applicable.
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance functionality, analyze site usage, and improve the retailer experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.
We may share your information with service providers who support our operations such as IT providers, shipping companies, and marketing support partners, with affiliates within the Allure Bridals corporate family, with legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety, and with parties involved in a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California “Shine the Light” law. You can request information about the categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes of collection, and the categories of third parties we share it with. You can request a copy of certain personal information we hold about you and request deletion of certain personal information we have about you. We do not sell personal information, so no opt-out is necessary. You will not be treated differently for exercising your rights. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To submit a request, email privacy@allurebridals.com or call 1-877-201-0898. We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
If you are located outside the United States, including in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK), you have rights under applicable data protection laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These rights include the ability to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion of your data where applicable, request that we limit processing of your data, object to certain uses of your data such as direct marketing, request your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Our legal bases for processing under the GDPR include contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, and consent where applicable. We process data in the United States and may transfer data internationally to affiliates and service providers. We use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required by law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We retain business contact and account information for as long as necessary to maintain our business relationship or as required by law. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we collect, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
